Shipping and delivery
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the individual item.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With the tracking number included in the e-mail, you can track your parcel at any time. In some cases, the order may be shipped in several parcels: in these cases, unfortunately, we cannot always provide a tracking number for every individual parcel.
How much are the shipping costs for an order?
Here are our shipping costs in detail:

What shipping options do we offer?
We usually ship standard parcels with DHL UK.
Larger items classified as bulky goods may be delivered by a specialist carrier. These items are marked accordingly in our online shop.
The carrier is selected automatically depending on the item and the order. It is currently not possible to choose the carrier yourself.
Can I also collect my order from a Berger store?
Unfortunately, Click & Collect is currently not available in the UK, as there are currently no Berger stores in the UK.
What happens if I was not at home at the time of delivery and the parcel could not be delivered?
If you are not at home at the time of parcel delivery, DHL UK will leave a notification. You can then collect your parcel from the DHL UK collection point indicated within the following 7 calendar days.
