Returns and refunds

How can I return an item?

To return an item purchased from our shop, please use the return documents attached to the invoice, pages 2 and 3, and place the completed return note inside the parcel. The invoice was sent to you by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the invoice, you can request it again using this contact form.

To return the item free of charge, fill in the return form and place it inside the parcel you will use for the return. Close the parcel securely, attach the return label so that it is clearly visible and drop it off at a DPD parcel shop. Please note: this process only applies to non-bulky items weighing up to 20 kg.

To return items weighing more than 20 kg or bulky goods, please contact us using this contact form. We will review your request and contact you to arrange collection.

Important: please make sure to keep your return drop-off receipt until the return or claim has been processed.

Do I have to register my return online?

No, you do not need to register a return in advance.

How do I receive the return label? I have not received the return label, what can I do?

The return label can be found on page 3 of the invoice. If you need a new return label, you can easily request one via our returns contact form.

Why have I not received my refund yet?

As soon as we receive your return, we will carefully check the documents and the items. Depending on the current workload, this process may take several working days.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 days after receipt of the return. If this period has been exceeded, please first check whether all return details are correct.

If everything is in order and you still have not received your refund, you can contact us at any time using this contact form: we will be happy to help you.

How many days do I have to return an online order?

The statutory provisions apply, please see the general terms and conditions and the right of withdrawal.
