What should I do if I need a spare part for a product?
If you have any questions about spare parts, simply contact us using this contact form. If you need a spare part that is not listed in our range, you can send us a request and we will contact you as soon as we have received a response from the manufacturer. Please note that we can only obtain spare parts from our partner manufacturers.
Where can I find out when a product will be available again?
You can check the availability of our products directly on the relevant product page - please note that delivery times may vary. Would you like to check whether a product is available in one of our stores in Germany? Use the “Availability near you” function on the product page to see which stores have your desired product in stock.
Who can I contact if I am missing the operating instructions or assembly guide for a product?
