How can I change the details in my customer account?
If you have a customer account in our online shop, you can change your details at any time. Simply go to the "My account" section, where you can update your personal information, delivery addresses and password. This keeps your details up to date and allows us to provide you with the best possible service.

I cannot access my customer account. What can I do?
First, use the “Forgotten password” function.
You will then receive an e-mail allowing you to reset your password.
If your e-mail address is not yet registered in our website database, you will receive a notification and can proceed with registration.
Where can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you would like to stop receiving promotional postal mail, you can unsubscribe using this form.
How can I delete my Berger account and my customer data?
If you have a question related to GDPR, please contact us directly using our contact form.
How can I register on the Berger Camping website?
To register, simply follow these steps:
- Click on “My account” at the top right.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, select “Register”.
- Enter your details: e-mail address, create a password, first name, surname, etc. Please note that fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
- Confirm your registration by clicking "Create my account".
- Check your inbox: open the e-mail you have received from us and click the relevant link in the confirmation e-mail to confirm the creation of your customer account.
You can then immediately enjoy all the benefits: manage addresses, save your favourite products to your wish list, view your order history and check the status of your order at any time.
