Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the FAWO door stop with us.
The two-piece door stop is designed to hold a door in place easily and reliably. The two components should interlock securely and lock the door in place as intended.
It is, of course, not supposed to happen that the locked connection comes apart in your case even with just a slightly stronger breeze. We fully understand that, under these circumstances, the door stopper did not meet your expectations.
For reliable operation, it’s important that both parts are properly aligned during installation and can engage fully with one another. If this is the case for you and the connection still keeps coming loose, you can, of course, return the item to us free of charge using your return documents.
Thank you very much for your helpful feedback.
Your Fritz Berger Team
Dein Fritz Berger Team
