Ladebooster
A charging booster, also known as a charging converter, is a charging device. It ensures that the motorhome's body battery is also charged by the motorhome's alternator while travelling. The alternator therefore charges two batteries: The vehicle battery (responsible for the starter motor, headlights and windscreen wipers, among other things) and the body battery (for all consumers in the living area). The alternator only reduces when both batteries are full. Depending on the version, the charging booster can also be used as a power supply for devices with 12 V or 24 V.
