Hose Rupture Protection (SBS)
If there is a defect in a hose of the gas system, the hose rupture protection interrupts the gas supply.
It is convenient to place it just behind the gas control . When connecting a hose longer than 40 cm to the gas system of the vehicle (e.g. with an external gas bottle), a hose rupture protection must be used!
A distinction is made between manual and mechanical hose rupture protection.
